Right, I'll be honest, I only ordered it because my wife kept going on about it. Been wearing one nearly every day since. Shirts sit properly for the first time in about fifteen years and I'm not constantly tugging at my waistband. Wish I'd found it sooner. Two more on the way.
Gym in the morning, office after. Doesn't stink after a session which was my main worry with something this tight. Size down if you're between sizes, I went L and should've done M for more hold.

No. The Lithos-T is cut as a base layer with flat seams and a low-profile hem, so there's no ridge or bunching under a t-shirt, dress shirt or polo. Black under dark shirts and white under light shirts are the safest pairings.

Yes. It's a 90% polyester, 10% spandex blend that's breathable enough for a full day under work clothes, and it holds its shape through repeated washing. Machine wash cold and hang dry to get the longest life out of it.
