Refund policy

100-day guarantee

We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is
delivered. Items may be returned worn — we ask only that they are
clean.

How to start a return

Email lithoswear@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for
return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions
and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent
without prior instructions may not be traceable to your order.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we refund the full purchase
price to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order. We cannot
refund to a different card or account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, email us. We will arrange an exchange at
no cost to you.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email
us with a photograph within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or
refund you in full, including any shipping costs.

Statutory rights

EU and UK customers have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14
days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a full refund. This right
exists independently of our 100-day guarantee and is not affected by
it. To exercise it, notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer
protection law.
