Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Delivery estimates below begin from dispatch, not from order date.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: 7–9 business days
United States: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by
customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control may extend
these times.

Order origin

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in
China. This is reflected in the delivery times above.

Customs and import charges

United Kingdom: Import VAT on orders under £135 is our responsibility
and is included in the price you pay. No further charges are due on
delivery.

United States: Orders may be subject to import duties or charges
depending on order value and current regulations. Any such charges are
the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is
dispatched. Tracking can also be checked on the Track Your Order page.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot
redirect parcels once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an
incorrect address will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
