Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on the stock availability of the model you have purchased. It is possible that your order is shipped from a warehouse located in another country because the model

ordered was only available there at the time of ordering. Logistics are automated via Shopify to ensure fast and efficient order processing. We carry out regular stock checks to ensure the quality of our products.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. During sales periods or periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly extended.
