By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send
you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order — for
example if the item is out of stock or the price was listed in error —
and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any
applicable taxes stated at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple
Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Product description

Our garments are compression base layers. They are designed to smooth
and streamline the appearance of the torso while worn. Any change in
appearance is a result of the garment's fit and is present only while
the garment is being worn. Our products do not reduce body fat, alter
body composition, or produce lasting physical change.

5. Sizing

Please consult our size guide before ordering. If the size you receive
does not fit, we will exchange it at no cost — see our Return and
Refund Policy.

6. Right of cancellation

EU and UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery without
giving a reason. See our Return and Refund Policy for how to do this
and for our additional 100-day guarantee.

7. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms
or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability
that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of
their country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your
order applies to that order.

10. Complaints

days.

Consumers in Cyprus may contact the Consumer Protection Service.
Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact ECC-Net. UK consumers may
contact Citizens Advice.
